What is the difference between a pole tent & a frame tent?

A pole tent has poles down the middle of the tent and has ropes and stakes on the outside. They look more traditional and are usually placed on flat grass or asphalt areas. Frame tents can be installed on any surface and have no poles down the center, producing an open enclosed area.

What size tent do I need?

It depends on the type of event you are planning. The rule of thumb is 8-10 square feet for a stand up cocktail party. For a sit down party, you will need about 12-15 square feet per person. This does not include space needed for dance floors or banquet tables etc.

What does the price include?

Price includes set up and dismantling of tent.

Is there a delivery charge?

If there is no tent ordered, there will be a delivery charge for the tables and chairs. Under certain circumstances, there may also be an additional delivery charge depending on the distances involved.

Are there any additional fees?

Certain installations are more complicated than others, and there will be an additional charge for that.

How much deposit is required?

Ace Canvas requires a 50% deposit on all orders. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and checks.

Is Ace Canvas & Tent fully insured?

Absolutely, Ace Canvas is fully insured and carries full general liability insurance, workers compensation, etc.
