- Pole tents can be installed on all surfaces with clearance of 4-5′ on all sides
- Any drilling required for concrete surfaces may incur additional fees
- Frame tents can span over hard surfaces such as patios or decking as well as be installed on grass
- Frame tents need minimal clearance at their perimeter and are recommended for tighter spaces
- Installations are scheduled between Monday and Friday prior to your event
- You will be notified of installation day and time window
- Package prices do not apply in the month of June
